What’s included

How to use & care

Gently draw the scraper from the back of the tongue toward the tip, rinsing between passes. Do not force it. Wash with warm water and soap after use and pat dry.

How to use

Swish approximately 1 teaspoon for 2–5 minutes, then spit into the trash, not the sink. Do not swallow. Rinse if desired. Oil pulling is an addition to brushing and flossing, not a replacement.
