BRAND PROTECTION & UNAUTHORIZED USE NOTICE
NOTICE OF NON-AFFILIATION AND UNAUTHORIZED USE OF TEMPLE LONGEVITY BRANDING

Temple Longevity (“Temple Longevity,” “we,” “our,” or “Company”) is issuing this notice to protect our customers, suppliers, business partners, and the integrity of our brand.
We have become aware of a separate business operating under the name “Temple Longevity Co.” and using branding that includes or resembles the Temple Longevity name and logo.
TEMPLE LONGEVITY CO. IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH TEMPLE LONGEVITY
For the avoidance of doubt:
Temple Longevity Co. is not affiliated with, owned by, operated by, sponsored by, endorsed by, authorized by, or otherwise associated with Temple Longevity.
Temple Longevity has not authorized Temple Longevity Co. to use the Temple Longevity name, logo, trademarks, branding, product imagery, or other identifying materials associated with our company.
Any representation, implication, or suggestion that Temple Longevity Co. is an official division, branch, representative, partner, retailer, supplier, or otherwise authorized business of Temple Longevity is not authorized by Temple Longevity.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF OUR NAME AND LOGO
Temple Longevity has identified instances in which our company name and/or logo appear to have been used by Temple Longevity Co. in connection with products, marketing, online communications, and other business activities that are not operated or authorized by Temple Longevity.
Customers should not assume that a website, social-media account, advertisement, product listing, communication, or product displaying the Temple Longevity name or logo originates from or is authorized by Temple Longevity simply because it uses similar branding.
BLOOM PEPTIDE PRODUCT
We have also become aware of a product identified as “Bloom” peptide, a product/brand associated with one of our suppliers, being presented by the separate entity in connection with Temple Longevity branding.
Temple Longevity did not authorize Temple Longevity Co. to place, apply, affix, or otherwise use the Temple Longevity name or logo on Bloom peptide products or packaging.
Accordingly, customers should not presume that a Bloom peptide product displaying Temple Longevity branding was supplied, packaged, sold, or authorized by Temple Longevity.
For product authenticity, sourcing, and customer protection, please verify any such product directly with Temple Longevity through our official website and authorized contact information.
PROTECTING OUR CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS
Temple Longevity takes the protection of its customers, suppliers, business relationships, intellectual property, and brand identity seriously.
If you encounter a website, social-media account, product, advertisement, communication, or business identifying itself as Temple Longevity Co. or otherwise suggesting an affiliation with Temple Longevity, we encourage you to verify the relationship with us before making a purchase, providing payment information, or providing personal information.
Our official website and contact information are the appropriate sources for verifying whether a product, communication, or business relationship is authorized by Temple Longevity.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Temple Longevity expressly reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable federal and state law relating to the unauthorized use of its name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, copyrighted materials, product representations, and other proprietary or identifying materials.
Nothing in this notice constitutes a waiver of any rights, claims, remedies, or causes of action available to Temple Longevity.
Temple Longevity reserves the right to take any additional action it determines appropriate to protect its customers, suppliers, business relationships, intellectual property, and reputation.
