The Founder's — Root & Reason

I didn't start with a product. I started with a pen.

For years I wrote poetry not from imagination, but from life. Real experiences, rhyme and reason, searching for meaning in what I was living through. It was therapeutic. A way of processing, healing, and finding truth in the hard moments.

I began taking care of my body at an early age. By 21, that commitment had grown into a focused personal health mission. What started as a personal pursuit - learning how to actually live well - became years of blogging, researching, testing, and sharing everything I was discovering. I wasn't building a brand. I was answering a call.

I still didn't think of myself as someone who built businesses.

Over time, the mission became clearer. Years of learning, writing, and living these values grew into a vision for Temple Longevity.

But something clicked. All those years of living the mission, writing about it, believing in it, suddenly had a direction.

Temple Longevity wasn't built from ambition. It was built from years of quietly answering a calling, until one day, I finally had the tools to take it further.

Our Story

Temple Longevity was born from a profound truth: “our bodies are our Temples.” Rooted in faith, our name reflects God's revelation that we are called to care for the bodies we've been given so they may last and serve the purpose for which we were created.

The name itself was a gift. When it came time to name this brand, I prayed and sought God's direction. He led me to Temple Longevity — two words that capture everything this mission is about. Our bodies are His temples, and we are called to steward them well for the long journey ahead.

"What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's."

The DNA Cross

The DNA Cross came from a revelation I received from God. It is a personal expression of the faith and conviction at the heart of Temple Longevity.

Its meaning runs deep. The DNA strand represents the science of life the biological blueprint written into every cell of our being. The Cross represents the spiritual and eternal sacrifice of Jesus that redeemed us and purchased our lives. Together, they form the heart of Temple Longevity: where faith and science unite in the pursuit of whole-body wellness.

As scripture reminds us, we were bought at a price. The DNA Cross is our daily reminder to honor that price through how we care for our bodies, our minds, and our spirits.

A Revelation Hidden in Plain Sight

What began as a DNA double helix shaped into a cross revealed something unexpected, the ancient ichthys, the fish. The symbol of discipleship. The mark of those called to be fishers of men.

Three symbols and one hidden letter. One image. One mission. The DNA strand. The Cross. The Fish. And the lowercase "t" for Temple. Each is layered within the other, as if God encoded the entire story of Temple Longevity into a single mark. Science, sacrifice, faith, calling, and identity, woven together by design, not by accident.

This is not a brand built on trends. It is a brand born from revelation.

Written in Our Biology

Laminin is a protein that helps organize and anchor cells within tissues. Its cross-like structure holds deep meaning for us. We believe God is purposeful in everything He creates, and we see in this detail a reminder that we are fearfully and wonderfully made.
