Shipping Policy

Temple Longevity offers products from our own collections and carefully selected partner brands. Because products may be fulfilled from different locations, processing times, carriers, shipping rates, and delivery estimates can vary by item.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Most ready-to-ship products are processed within approximately 2–5 business days. Made-to-order products, specialty equipment, and certain partner-brand items may require additional processing time.

Any product-specific estimate displayed on the product page or during checkout takes priority over the general estimate above. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Orders With Multiple Products

Items in the same order may be shipped separately when they are fulfilled by different partner brands or locations. You may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers. Separate delivery does not mean that an item is missing from your order.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout based on the products in your cart, delivery address, and fulfillment location.

Promotional free-shipping offers apply only when the stated eligibility requirements are met. Oversized, heavy, specialty, or internationally shipped products may be excluded when disclosed before purchase.

Made-to-Order Activewear

Temple Longevity Activewear is produced to order. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. The estimated delivery window shown at checkout includes the information available when the order is placed, but carrier delays may still occur.

Recovery and Wellness Equipment

Large or specialty wellness equipment may ship by freight or require special delivery arrangements. Product-specific processing, delivery, access, appointment, or signature requirements will be disclosed on the product page or communicated after purchase when applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and identifying access limitations that could affect delivery.

Digital Products

Digital products do not require physical shipping. Delivery instructions or access links are sent electronically to the email address used at checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive the message.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email after the carrier accepts the package. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

International Shipping

International shipping is available only to destinations offered during checkout. Product and supplier restrictions may prevent certain items from shipping internationally.

Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country fees unless checkout states otherwise. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Customs processing may delay delivery.

Address Accuracy

Review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact info@templelongevity.com immediately if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

Customers may be responsible for reshipping costs when a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays, Lost Packages, and Delivery Issues

Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact info@templelongevity.com with your order number. We will review the shipment and coordinate with the appropriate fulfillment partner or carrier.
