Refund & Return Policy
We accept eligible return requests submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, an item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase. To request a return, email info@templelongevity.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Partner-Brand Products
Some products are shipped directly by our carefully selected partner brands. Return addresses and instructions vary, and some products may have product-specific restrictions or fees.
Contact us first and we will coordinate the process for you. Any product-specific return restriction or restocking fee will be disclosed on the product page before purchase.
Temple Longevity Activewear
Temple Longevity Activewear is produced to order. These items cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing, fit, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Beauty and Personal-Care Products
For hygiene and safety, opened, used, or unsealed beauty and personal-care products cannot be returned. Unopened products may be eligible if they meet the general return conditions above, unless marked final sale on the product page.
Please discontinue use and contact us if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Individual skin sensitivities and personal reactions are not considered product defects.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened or used beauty and personal-care products
- Perishable or hazardous goods
- Items clearly marked final sale before purchase
This does not limit your rights when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact info@templelongevity.com promptly if anything is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can resolve the issue.
Return Shipping
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service because Temple Longevity cannot guarantee receipt of an untracked return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different eligible item is to return the original product and place a new order after the return is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact info@templelongevity.com.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If an order is shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return eligible goods within 14 days, subject to applicable law. Products must be unused and returned with their original packaging and proof of purchase. Legal exceptions, including certain sealed hygiene products once opened, may apply.
