Start with the basics

Brush with the toothpaste as directed on its label and continue regular flossing.

How to use

Swish approximately 1 teaspoon for 2–5 minutes, then spit into the trash, not the sink. Do not swallow. Rinse if desired. Oil pulling is an addition to brushing and flossing, not a replacement.
