How to use

1. Rinse the mouthpiece before use.
2. Using the included pen, apply a thin, even layer of whitening gel to the front surface of your teeth. Avoid gums and lips.
3. Insert the mouthpiece and adjust for a comfortable fit.
4. Press the power button to turn on the device, then tap to select your light mode.
5. Allow the device to run for the full 10–15 minute treatment cycle.
6. Remove the device and rinse your mouth with water. Rinse the mouthpiece and allow it to dry before storing.

The supplier recommends use 3–5 times per week for 4–6 weeks, then maintenance as needed. Follow the included product instructions.
